Honors Mrs. Mildred Bozeman Baldwin on the occasion of her 90th birthday, born July 20, 1920, in Chelsea, Alabama.

Recognizes her 48-year career at Buck Creek Cotton Mill (1937-1978) and Alabaster Industries (until retirement in 1985 at age 65), along with her lifelong dedication to gardening and selling fresh vegetables.

Acknowledges her participation in Shelby County Fair since 1980, winning over 500 ribbons including two "Best of Show" awards, and her tradition of creating heirloom quilts for family members.

Notes her active involvement in senior citizen organizations, church choirs (including 27 years with The Joyful Hearts and 20 years with the Ukulele Glory Band), the Red Hat Society, a 70-year membership in Homemakers Club, and a 35-year membership in RSVP.
