Mourns the death of Carlton Ray Bourland of Winfield, Alabama, who died on March 13, 2010, at age 66.

Recognizes Bourland's life as a truck driver, convenience store operator, horse breeder, and farmer, as well as his membership in the Winfield Masonic Lodge and New Hope Baptist Church.

Acknowledges his surviving family members including his wife Velinda Henderson Bourland, three children, two stepsons, siblings, seven grandchildren, and extended relatives.

Extends heartfelt sympathy to Bourland's family on behalf of the Alabama House of Representatives.
