Congratulates Erica Leonardi on being selected Miss Talladega County 2010 and competing in the Miss Alabama contest as part of the Miss America Preliminaries.

Recognizes Leonardi as an outstanding Mass Communications student specializing in Broadcasting at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, scheduled to graduate in May 2010, named UAB Broadcaster of the Year, and planning to pursue graduate studies in Speech and Language Pathology.

Notes Leonardi's involvement with Alabama Spokespersons for Better Basics, a 501(c)(3) organization promoting child literacy awareness through school enrichment programs that have made over 18,000 books available to schools.
