Continues the existence and functioning of the Board of Dental Examiners of Alabama until October 1, 2012, pursuant to the Alabama Sunset Law.

Preserves Code of Alabama 1975 sections 34-9-1 to 34-9-90 and 34-38-1 to 34-38-8 that establish and govern the Board.

Implements the recommendation of the Sunset Committee to maintain the Board's operations through the specified date.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
