Amends Section 31-5-3 of the Alabama Code to add the Alabama Alliance of the Military Officers Association of America, Inc. to the list of veterans organizations eligible to nominate members to the State Board of Veterans' Affairs.

The Alabama Alliance joins nine existing organizations (American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Disabled American Veterans, AMVETS, and others) in nominating representatives based on membership ratios.

Board representation is allocated on a ratio of one representative per 7,500 resident members, with each eligible organization nominating three candidates for each board position.

Each nominating organization must ensure nominations include veterans from every war represented in its membership and reflect racial, gender, geographic, urban/rural, and economic diversity.

The act becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
