• Requires owners and operators of lounges licensed under Alabama law with a liquor or alcoholic beverage license (but without food or beverage permits) to post a National Human Trafficking Resource Center Hotline poster measuring at least 8.5 by 11 inches in a location conspicuous to the public.

• Mandates the poster include the hotline number (1-888-373-7888) and information that the hotline is available 24/7, operates anonymously and confidentially, is accessible in 170 languages, and can provide help and referrals.

• Requires the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to post the poster on its website in English and Spanish, with licensees responsible for obtaining and posting posters in English, Spanish, and other languages mandated by the Voting Rights Act in their county.

• Establishes escalating penalties: Class C misdemeanor for first violation, Class B misdemeanor for second violation, and Class A misdemeanor for third violation, each punishable by fine or imprisonment or both.

• Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
