• Extends the gun hunting season for male whitetail deer through the first two weeks after the close of regular gun season, excluding hunting with dogs.

• Imposes an additional fee of $20 for resident hunting licenses to participate in the extended hunting period.

• Imposes an additional fee of $125 for nonresident all game hunting licenses to participate in the extended hunting period.

• Requires the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to note on hunting licenses that the holder has paid for extended season privileges.

• Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
