• Proposes a local constitutional amendment for the City of Midfield in Jefferson County to authorize bingo operations by nonprofit organizations for charitable, educational, or other lawful purposes.

• Defines eligible nonprofit organizations as bona fide religious, educational, service, senior citizens, fraternal, or veterans organizations operating without profit that have existed for three years or are tax-exempt with the Internal Revenue Service.
