• Creates the Elmore County Sheriff Service of Process Serving Fund in the county treasury for collecting fees related to service of process.

• Authorizes the Elmore County Sheriff to contract with private, public, or governmental entities for service of process, except for arrest warrants.

• Imposes a $20 fee per document in both criminal and civil divisions of Elmore County district and circuit courts, in addition to existing charges and fees.

• Exempts the district attorney, law enforcement, and grand juries from payment of the $20 service of process fee.

• Requires the sheriff to use collected funds for law enforcement purposes in Elmore County with agreement from the county commission, and prohibits funds from reverting to the general county fund at fiscal year end.
