Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the municipality of Stevenson in Jackson County to annex additional territory.

Annexes all rights-of-way and road territory along Alabama Highway 117 bounded on the north by the present corporate boundaries of Stevenson at or near U.S. 72 and on the south by a line perpendicular to Alabama Highway 117 at the intersection of Jackson County Road 91.

Requires a map showing the proposed annexed territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Jackson County and made available for public inspection.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or otherwise becoming law.
