Establishes new boundary lines for the Town of Pike Road in Montgomery County, Alabama to include territory shown on an attached map marked in yellow.

De-annexes three specific parcels (numbered 09-06-23-02-000-002.000, 09-06-23-02-000-003.001, and 09-06-23-02-000-003.002) that were subject to litigation between Pike Road and the City of Montgomery.

Voids any other disputed annexation attempts by Pike Road in Montgomery County that were under litigation with the City of Montgomery.

References a Circuit Court settlement regarding boundary and territory disputes between Pike Road and Montgomery.

Takes effect upon passage by the Governor and approval of companion legislation establishing Montgomery's boundaries and authorizing sales and use tax sharing between the municipalities.
