Authorizes a special election for property owners in the Woodland Creek subdivision in Montgomery County to determine whether the area remains annexed to Montgomery or becomes annexed to Pike Road.

Only qualified property owners who owned real property in the Woodland Creek subdivision on or before the effective date and on the election date may vote, with one vote per platted lot and one vote per unplatted parcel.

Election requires 60 percent affirmative vote from qualified property owners for annexation into Pike Road to succeed; if less than 60 percent vote in favor, the territory remains annexed to Montgomery.

Montgomery County Judge of Probate must order the election within 10-15 days of receiving a joint petition from the mayors of Montgomery and Pike Road, with election held 20-40 days after publication of qualified property owners list.

City of Montgomery and Town of Pike Road shall equally share all election costs and expenses, except each municipality pays for its own legal counsel; unsuccessful contestants bear contest costs.
