Amends Section 34-27-2 of the Alabama Code to clarify the real estate licensing exemption for apartment managers and leasing staff.

Limits the exemption to only on-site managers and leasing staff of apartment buildings or complexes who maintain a designated office on the premises.

Requires that duties and responsibilities of exempt staff be limited to only one apartment building or complex site.

Excludes condominium building or complex on-site managers from the exemption, requiring them to obtain real estate licenses.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
