Authorizes legal notices required to be published in counties and municipalities to be published on a newspaper's Internet website instead of print newspapers.

Requires the judge of probate or city clerk to determine that the newspaper website provides adequate notice based on usage, familiarity in the community, and availability.

Mandates that legal notices published electronically must also be posted at the principal office of the county or municipality.

Requires newspaper websites to maintain all legal notices until the last posting date required by law expires and to include a searchable listing of all current notices.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and gubernatorial approval.
