Amends Section 27-1-24 of the Code of Alabama 1975 regarding the Alabama Insurance Underwriting Association, which provides homeowner's and other insurance protection for Mobile County and Baldwin County areas north to the 31st Parallel.

Establishes legislative intent that the majority of policies issued by the association relate to property not located on the beach, and the term "beach pool" is misleading regarding the association's coverage area.

Prohibits the Alabama Insurance Underwriting Association from using the term "beach pool" in any document or electronic material, including letterhead, email addresses, websites, internet domain names, and insurance policy documents.

Requires the association to redact and remove all references to "Beach Pool" within 90 days from the effective date of the act.

Renames the area designation from "Beach Wind Pool Area" to "Beach Wind Pool Area" consisting of Gulf Front, Beach, and Seacoast areas of Baldwin and Mobile Counties as designated by Insurance Services Office, Inc.
