Makes it unlawful for a person to knowingly transport or cause to be transported into Alabama an individual known or should have known to have illegally entered or remained in the United States, when done for commercial advantage or private financial gain.

Exempts common carriers and emergency vehicles from the transportation prohibition.

Establishes violation as a Class C felony punishable by a fine of $1,000 for each person illegally transported.

Directs all money received from violations to go to the arresting agency or agencies.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
