Commends the Vestavia Hills High School Cheerleaders for winning first place at the National High School Cheerleading Championship (NHSCC) held at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida.

Recognizes that the team qualified by winning the Southeast Regional Tournament and previously won the 6A Alabama High School Cheerleading Championship in December 2009.

Lists 26 cheerleaders by name who competed on the team and identifies 5 coaches (Melissa Caffey, Ginger Young, Kim Whitten, Leah Milam, and Susan Swartz) who provided leadership and training.

Notes that the NHSCC is nationally televised to more than 100 million homes nationwide and 32 countries, with the winning routine viewable on the Internet.
