Commends the Talladega College Tornadoes basketball team for winning the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) National Championship.

Team defeated Southern Virginia 65-56 in the USCAA Tournament final game, with Kenny Irby scoring 23 points and Phil Wood scoring 17 points.

Phil Wood was named Tournament MVP and Kerry Harvis was selected as an All-Tournament team member.

This was Talladega College's second consecutive national championship in basketball.
