SJR49 Summary

• Honors the life and military service of Bill "Snap" Lines of Montgomery, who served in the United States Army during Vietnam and received the Distinguished Service Cross, five Bronze Stars with V for Valor, two Purple Hearts, two Army Commendation Medals, Combat Infantryman Badge, Airborne Jump Wings, and the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry, along with a nomination for the Congressional Medal of Honor.
