Extends payments into the Forever Wild Land Trust for 20 years beginning with fiscal year 2012-2013 pursuant to Amendment 543 of the Alabama Constitution.

Requires Forever Wild Land Trust Board meeting minutes be made available online to the public within five business days and include land sellers' names and purchase amounts for final acquisitions.

Urges the Forever Wild Land Trust Board to prioritize land purchases over land leases.

Urges the Forever Wild Land Trust Board to provide a long-range plan of acquisition goals by land type and location in five-year increments for the 20-year reauthorization period.

Urges the Forever Wild Board not to purchase any tract of land where more than 10 percent of the acreage consists of cropland or pastureland.
