Amends Section 12-17-225.4 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to modify distribution of the 30 percent collection fee assessed on court-ordered funds.

Requires the 30 percent collection fee to be distributed first from any funds collected, regardless of whether the entire unpaid amount is collected.

Distributes collection fee as follows: 75 percent to the county district attorney's fund and 25 percent to the circuit clerk's fund for office operations.

Allows the collection fee to be remitted only by agreement between the district attorney, judge, and circuit clerk.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
