Alters and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Foley in Baldwin County, Alabama to annex approximately 34 acres of additional territory.

The annexed territory is located in Section 19 and Section 20 of Township 8 South Range 4 East and is described by specific metes and bounds beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 20.

A map showing the proposed annexation territory is on file in the office of the Judge of Probate in Baldwin County and is open for public inspection per Alabama Code Section 11-42-6(b).

The act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.

House passed the bill on 29-MAR-11 and the Senate passed it on 03-MAY-11.
