• Alters and extends the corporate limits of the City of Foley in Baldwin County, Alabama to annex specified territory in two annexation areas.

• McKenzie Annexation includes 7 areas totaling approximately 69.97 acres, with detailed legal descriptions and parcel IDs for each area bounded by State Highway 59, various roads, and property lines.

• Foley Beach Express Annexation (Slivers) includes 2 small areas totaling approximately 0.97 acres located in Sections 3 and 9 of Township 7 South, Range 4 East.

• Requires a map showing the proposed annexation territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Baldwin County and made available for public inspection.
