Eliminates all closed hunting seasons for feral swine on private hunting land with no exceptions.

Removes any bag limit restrictions for feral swine hunting.

Permits hunting feral swine at night using firearms and dogs.

Allows use of handheld lights, helmet or hat-mounted lights, belt-system lights, laser sights on weapons, and night vision equipment while hunting feral swine at night.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
