Amends Alabama's Good Samaritan Law (Code of Alabama Section 6-5-332) to expand civil immunity protections for individuals providing emergency assistance without compensation.

Extends liability immunity to licensed engineers, architects, surveyors, contractors, and supervisors participating in emergency response activities under community emergency response teams, county/state emergency management agencies, or FEMA for acts within 90 days after emergency declaration.

Provides immunity to any person rendering emergency care in good faith at accident or emergency scenes without charge, as long as they act as a reasonably prudent person would under similar circumstances.

Maintains existing protections for doctors, nurses, rescue squad members, firefighters, EMTs, and other specified emergency personnel providing first aid and emergency care.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
