Alters, rearranges, and extends the corporate limits and boundary lines of the City of Gulf Shores in Baldwin County, Alabama to include five specific lots in Island Woods Subdivision, Phase 1 (Lots 10, 11, 14, 19, and 21).

Annexes all parcels within a defined boundary area not currently within Gulf Shores' corporate limits, beginning at the southwest corner of Unit 3, Gulf Shores Golf Club Estates Subdivision and running through multiple directional boundary segments.

Lists 232 specific parcel identification numbers for parcels within the annexation boundary that are to be included in the city's corporate limits.

Requires a map showing the proposed annexation territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Baldwin County for public inspection, in accordance with Alabama Code Section 11-42-6(b).

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or upon otherwise becoming law.
