• Alters and extends the corporate limits of the City of Gulf Shores in Baldwin County, Alabama to include three specifically described parcels: Parcel A in Gulf Highlands Subdivision blocks 2-4, Parcel B along the Gulf of Mexico shoreline, and Parcel C providing an easement for ingress, egress, and utilities.

• Makes annexed territory subject to all City of Gulf Shores laws, ordinances, and City Council jurisdiction consistent with existing city territory.

• Requires a public map showing annexed territory to be filed in the Office of the Judge of Probate in Baldwin County, Alabama and made available for inspection.

• Provides that if plaintiffs in a civil action against the City of Gulf Shores (Fort Morgan Civic Association, Inc. and others) prevail in court regarding the validity of annexation property contiguous to Bibb Graves Parkway, that property shall be deannexed and county zoning in effect prior to the act shall be reinstated.

• Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and Governor approval.
