• Cleburne County Commission may impose an additional fee of up to $30 per traffic case filed in Circuit Court, District Court, or municipal court in the county.

• Additional fees must be assessed as court costs on each traffic case and cannot be waived unless all other fees, assessments, costs, fines, and charges are also waived.

• Fees collected by court clerks shall be paid into Cleburne County's General Fund, except fees from municipal courts shall be deposited in the respective municipality's general fund.

• Revenue from the additional fees is designated to provide financial support for county services.

• Act becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
