Authorizes properly licensed retail licensees of the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to sell draft or keg beer or malt beverages for on-premises consumption within the City of Daleville corporate limits, provided beverages are sold in kegs only.

Requires all existing ordinances relating to sale, consumption, and possession of bottled or canned beer to apply equally to draft or keg beer or malt beverages.

Mandates the City of Daleville governing body hold a referendum at the next general, special, or municipal election to determine voter approval for on-premises draft or keg beer sales.

Draft or keg beer sales become authorized only if a majority of voters voting in the referendum vote in favor of the question.

Prohibits a second referendum from being held within 12 months following a failed referendum; subsequent referenda may be held thereafter.
