Honors Jearl Miles-Clark on her induction into the National Track and Field Hall of Fame.

Recognizes her as a 1989 graduate of Alabama A and M University who won six Gold Medals over two decades in track and field competition.

Acknowledges her American record time of 1:56.40 in the 800-meter race and her 1993 World Outdoor Championship title.

Celebrates her relay team Gold Medals at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta and 2000 Olympics in Sydney, Australia, along with additional medals from World Championships and Olympic Games between 1991-2003.

Extends congratulations from the Alabama Legislature on her Hall of Fame induction and extends best wishes for her future endeavors.
