Mourns the death of Mr. James Richard Countryman of Gadsden, Alabama, who died on March 5, 2011, at age 71.

Honors his military service in the United States Army 2nd Armored Division and his 32+ years of employment with Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, where he served as President of URAW Local 12.

Recognizes his service as a Gadsden City Councilman representing District 2 for two terms and his advocacy for the Snellgrove Civitan Center and North Gadsden Church of God.

Survives are his five daughters, two sons, three sisters, two half-brothers, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
