Mourns the death of Mr. Paul Skidmore of Northport, Alabama, who died on March 9, 2011, at age 73.

Recognizes Skidmore's military service in the United States Army and his educational achievements, including a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from the University of Alabama (1960) and a Bachelor of Law degree from UA School of Law (1962).

Honors his legal career, including admission to County, State, and Federal Bars in 1962, service as Chief Counsel for the University of Alabama, and recognition as "Pillar of the Bar" by the Tuscaloosa County Bar Association in 2009.

Commemorates his survivors: daughters Susanne McCool and Melanie Moss; sisters Judye Camp and Mickey Skidmore; and nine grandchildren.
