Commends Mark Whitlock, president of Mark's Outdoor Sports in Vestavia, Alabama, for being named 2010 Gold Retailer of the Year in the "Annual Sales More than $5 Million" category by the Alabama Retail Association.

Recognizes Whitlock as the first-ever two-time winner of that award category, presented at the 2010 Retail Day Luncheon on September 22, 2010.

Notes that Mark's Outdoor Sports celebrated its 30th year in business in 2010 and annually supports over 100 events while restocking Lay Lake with bass fingerlings for tournaments.

Acknowledges Whitlock's leadership in increasing recreational tourism through motor sports promotion and his support of multiple conservation organizations.
