Commends Jonesboro Elementary School Boys and Girls Teams for winning the Bessemer Municipal Elementary Basketball League 2011 Championships on March 11, 2011.

Girls Team defeated defending champion Westhills Cubs 24-18, with Aneisha Johnson named MVP and receiving All-Tournament Honors alongside Shaneese Price and Taylor Aikerson; Head Coach Tynes Swain and Assistant Coach Tameka Hines led the team.

Boys Team won their fourth consecutive championship by defeating Westhills Cubs 37-36, with Malik Cunningham earning MVP and All-Tournament Honors, and Cheyenne Cunningham and Algie Surrell receiving All-Tournament Honors; Head Coach Vernon L. McAdory and Assistant Coach Dennis King led the team.

Recognizes the achievement as exceptionally difficult, noting that winning four consecutive championships in elementary basketball is considered almost impossible.
