Recognizes all American and Alabama Wounded Warriors and expresses state appreciation for their sacrifices.

Urges all state agencies to make available all recreational parks, facilities, and resources in Alabama free of charge to wounded warriors.

Welcomes out-of-state wounded warriors sponsored by not-for-profit veterans organizations or military organizations (active, reserve, or National Guard) to hunt and fish in Alabama.

Requests state officials and departments provide full free access to all State of Alabama parks, recreational areas, and hunting and fishing access to wounded warriors.
