Mourns the death of Simon David Boozer of Anniston, Alabama, who died on April 11, 2011, at age 75.

Recognizes Boozer's career as a licensed architect with 30 years of practice before retiring in 1996 and his military service in the United States Army and Reserves.

Honors his extensive community involvement including service as past president of the Anniston Rotary Club, board member of the Knox Concert Series, vice president of the Anniston Chamber of Commerce, and participation in the Salvation Army, YMCA, and International Executive Service Corps.

Acknowledges his survivors including his wife Patricia Foster Boozer, three children, seven grandchildren, stepchildren and stepgrandchildren, and other extended family members.
