Urges the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) to meet with the Tennessee Valley State Legislative Delegation and other interested parties to discuss adequate aquatic weed control in the Tennessee River Basin

Identifies the TVA's federal responsibility for managing invasive aquatic weeds in the Tennessee River Basin

Notes that the TVA has reduced aquatic weed control efforts to only areas with public access

States that unmanaged aquatic weed growth creates and worsens health, environmental, and economic problems in the river basin
