Commends Coach Jeff A. Hutto of Dothan, Alabama for his extensive career as a volunteer baseball and football coach spanning 28 years total (5 years as full-time coach/teacher and 23 years as volunteer).

Coach Hutto graduated from Troy University with a B.S. degree in Health and Physical Education and coached at multiple institutions including Lee-Scott Academy, Abbeville High School, Ashford Academy, South Montgomery County Academy, Headland High School, Houston Academy, and Northview High School.

His coaching achievements include making state playoff appearances at Headland High School and Houston Academy, and assisting students in obtaining college football scholarships at Northview High School.

Coach Hutto helped organize the first travel baseball team in Dothan and is recognized as greatly loved and respected by players, families, schools, and sports fans in the community.
