Notes that 53 tornadoes occurred on April 27, 2011, the largest single-day tornado event in Alabama's history, surpassing the previous record of 45 tornadoes set 12 days earlier on April 15.

Recognizes Travis Wammack as a legendary Muscle Shoals guitarist, songwriter, and music producer who has performed with artists including Aretha Franklin, Wilson Pickett, and Little Richard, and is a member of the Memphis Musician Hall of Fame.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be provided for appropriate presentation to Wammack with highest tribute and praise.
