Mourns the death of Mr. Brandon Scott Chapman of Piedmont, Alabama, who died on March 2, 2011, at the age of 29 years.

Chapman was born February 15, 1982, in Gastonia, North Carolina, and moved to Piedmont in August 1994.

Survived by his wife Felicia Moyer Chapman; two daughters Stacey Annette Chapman and Cadence Maria Chapman; mother Bridgette Renae Chapman; and multiple siblings and extended family members.

The Alabama Legislature records his death with deep sadness and offers this resolution as a tribute to his life and a statement of sympathy to his grieving family.
