Commends Laurens Electric Cooperative of South Carolina for its rapid response and assistance following the devastating tornado outbreak in Alabama on April 27, 2011.

Recognizes that the cooperative's skilled and dedicated workers labored to repair damage and restore power service ahead of schedule for thousands of Alabamians.

Notes that the cooperative's timely assistance enabled recovery efforts to progress and provided relief to tornado survivors.

Directs that a copy of this resolution be sent to the company to convey the legislature's admiration and appreciation for their service.
