Mourns the death of Mrs. Charlotte G. Flowers of Hokes Bluff, Alabama, who died on March 17, 2011, at age 56.

Recognizes her 24 years of service at the Anniston Army Depot and her leadership roles in the American Federation of Government Employees Local 1945, including serving as the first woman vice president and president for 11 years before becoming national vice president of the 5th District.

Acknowledges her survived family members including her husband of 24 years, Tommy C. Flowers; four daughters; stepmother; and multiple grandchildren and brothers.

Records the untimely death with deep sadness and offers this resolution as tribute to her life and memory as a valued community member.
