Recognizes Dr. Yelder as Minister of Music for the Birmingham Community Mass Choir of the Gospel Music Workshop of America, the largest music convention in the world, with ministry in 28 states and performances in Ireland, South Korea, Japan, and other countries

Notes Dr. Yelder's ordination as a minister in the Pentecostal, Baptist, and COGIC denominations and his service as Assistant to the Pastor for Music and Cultural Arts at New Hope Baptist Church in Birmingham, Alabama

Acknowledges his professional work with acclaimed artists including Wanda Nero Butler, Angela Spivey, Dorothy Norwood, Beverly Crawford, and others, and his December 2010 Honorary Doctorate of Divinity from the Abundant Life School of Ministry
