Designates April 12, 2011, as Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, Day in Alabama.

Acknowledges that Omega Psi Phi was founded in 1911 at Howard University and now operates more than 700 chapters across the United States and worldwide.

Recognizes the Alabama state organization's 25 chapters (12 graduate and 13 undergraduate) volunteered over 12,000 hours and donated $74,000 during fiscal year 2009-2010 to uplift communities and promote social, economic, and intellectual achievement.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to Mr. David Marion, Seventh District Representative.
