Includes HB210 authorizing low speed vehicles and mini trucks with licensure restrictions and safety equipment requirements, modifying Sections 32-6-59, 32-8-31, and 40-12-240.

Includes HB332 allowing the University of South Alabama board of trustees to participate in meetings by telephone or video conference under certain conditions.
