Honors Mrs. Marion Rosemore, a native Alabamian and graduate of Ramsey High School in Birmingham, for her lifetime of achievement and entrepreneurial success.

Recognizes her late husband Dr. Fred Rosemore, a World War II navigator who was shot down over Hungary and imprisoned in a POW camp until freed in 1945, and their 63-year marriage built from humble beginnings.

Acknowledges the Rosemores' extensive business ventures including laundromats, apartment buildings, rental properties, a radio station, motel, and movie theaters.

Notes that in the late 1970s the Rosemores founded Pro-Med Capital, which merged and became PMC Commercial Trust (PCC), listed on the New York Stock Exchange, specializing in business loans.

Welcomes Mrs. Rosemore to the State House and conveys the House of Representatives' highest commendation for her lifetime of achievement and family values emphasizing education and community service.
