Establishes a Consent Calendar for the Alabama House of Representatives to be considered on the 19th legislative day or subsequently if not reached in regular order of business.

Members may file objections to any bill listed on the Consent Calendar until adjournment on the 18th legislative day.

Bills considered on Consent Calendar may not be amended, substituted, debated, or carried over.

Includes three bills on the Consent Calendar: HB212 (economic development financial commitments), HB249 (Industrial Development Authority land transfers), and HB191 (elections and presidential preference primary expenses).
