Establishes a special order calendar for the 17th legislative day of the Alabama House of Representatives, giving listed bills precedence over regular order of business.

Limits consideration of all listed bills and accompanying materials to a total of 10 minutes; bills failing to pass within this period automatically revert to regular order and cannot be carried over.
