Establishes a consent calendar for the Alabama House of Representatives to be considered on the 21st legislative day or a subsequent day if not reached by the 21st day.

Members may file objections to any bill listed on the consent calendar until adjournment on the 20th legislative day.

Bills considered on the consent calendar may not be amended, substituted, debated, or carried over.

Includes HB402 (sponsored by Representative Jones) to delete the prohibition against Alcoholic Beverage Control Board licensees, agents, or employees being employed by another licensee under Section 28-3A-25.

Includes SB206 (sponsored by Senator Holley and Representative Gaston) to codify the Code of Alabama 1975 with Acts of 2009 First Special Session and 2010 Regular Session, with corrections and local permanent laws of certain counties, and related duties of the Secretary of State.
