Commends Bill Fulmer, a senior at Hartselle High School and member of Boy Scout Troop 336 in Hartselle, Alabama, for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest honor in the Boy Scouts of America.

Recognizes his Eagle Scout project involved constructing an outdoor basketball court on an existing pad for IRC Special Needs Children at Hartselle High School, including setting up goals, painting the court, and mulching the sides.

Acknowledges his completion of stringent Eagle Scout requirements through hard work, diligence, and perseverance, along with numerous Scouting awards and effective service in leadership positions.

Honors his exemplification of Scouting's attributes including self-discipline, self-reliance, good citizenship, devotion to duty, and concern for his fellowman.

Directs that Bill Fulmer receive a copy of the resolution in highest admiration and with sincere best wishes for all future endeavors, with a Court of Honor ceremony scheduled for May 7, 2011.
